I never thought I would have a reason to type those words. A woman is suing Disney over an incident she says occurred at Disney’s EPCOT park in Florida. Apparently, someone in a Donald Duck costume accidentally touched the woman’s chest. The woman is suing for emotional distress despite the fact she joked about it right after it happened. And a federal judge is allowing the lawsuit to proceed.

This is the first time I’ve heard of this happening. George Lucas is usually pretty laid back with the populace referencing his famous Star Wars characters and elements. But his corporation has filed a lawsuit against a company that is marketing technology that is supposed to work using brain waves. If the tech doesn’t work, I can understand why Lucas would sue.
