Gaelan Edwards, a 12-year-old boy from Campell River, British Columbia helped his mother deliver his brother. Many people online have said that it is an outrage that a boy shouldn’t have done that. I personally think that the child is old enough to have helped his mother deliever his baby brother.
At what age do you think iti is appropriate for a child to witness a birth? I think that the child was brave and he was able help his mother from bleeding or having any other kind of complication.

Please tell me why I was under the assumption that only the West Coast had earthquakes. Today the East Coast was rocked by an earthquake and to say people were shocked is putting it mildly. I dont think since I have been alive I have heard of any earthquakes in the east coast.
Tell me were you shocked by the ground shaking? I wonder if this earthquake was a little warning of an even bigger one to come ?

I am a huge fan of outerspace, science fiction, and all that stuff. It’s hard for me to fathom that we as a species have only been leaving this planet for 50 years. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the first manned spaceflight, and anyone who lives through this or finds it fascinating like I do knows that the Soviet Union have that honor with a cosmonaut named Yuri Gagarin.

This is a little on the ridiculous side. I don’t know whether to weep for the future or work harder on myself to make sure if I ever get invited to speak, I have more to offer. One of the cast of Jersey Shore, an MTV “reality” show, recently spoke at Rutgers university. I’m not discounting the fact she got to speak, she may have some insight to share. What really irritates me is that she got paid more than a Nobel Prize winner. Someone who has dedicated their life to a craft will receive less money than Snooki got for talking about superficial crap.

Sign me up as someone who will cheer anyone who encourages young people to read. The Target coporation recently assembled a sign outside New York’s public library utilizing 25,000 Dr. Seuss books. The message was simply “Read.” And Dr. Seuss is one of the best authors of childrens’ books ever. My niece and I love to read The Cat in the Hat when she comes over to visit.

If there is one thing I cannot stomach, it’s people who try to blame someone else for their crime. A recent New Jersey man was sentenced to life without the possibility of parole for a knife attack on a family that included a young girl. Before he became a prisoner of the state, this man took to the stand with a plea of not guilty because he was abused by his mother and suffered from temporary insanity. I don’t mean to condone abuse if any took place, but at some point in time, you have to decide whether you are going to let the past rule your life or if you are going to take personal responsibility and make good choices every day.

I guess some men have an issue with the container that ED medication comes in. They don’t want the world to know that they have problems rising to attention. So, some of the companies, such as Levitra, are making the packaging a little sleeker. The new package looks like a chewing gum case. Of course, if you should happen to confuse the two, you could end up ready for action when you need a breath freshener.

I think this is probably the best way to respond to a racist comment or rant, second only to completely ignoring it. Jimmy wong wrote a humorous song, complete with simple vocal and instrumental accompaniments, to repsond to the video posted by Alexandra Wallace about the tsunami victims’ family members using a library to check on them.

Tempur-pedic recently conducted a survey asking people where they had accidentally taken a nap. Many people admitted to dozing off in some unusual places, but honestly speaking, taking a quick nap wherever you can do so appropriately is a great way to recover some energy and give you a second push to get through the day. Now, some people admitted to falling asleep behind the wheel. When that happens, find a rest stop and snooze there, not on the highway.

When did glasses become an attractor? I grew up in a time when glasses were something you tried to avoid wearing like the plague. No one I knew, including myself, that wore glasses had the opposite sex beating down their doors. Granted, the glasses I wore covered half of my head, so that might have had something to do with it.
