I like the idea behind this concept, that you can kill two birds with one stone. Do some walking burn some calories while whittling away at your to-do list. Here’s my thing with this. When I walk on the treadmill and try to read a book, I find it hard to keep my eyes and mind focused on the book. It’s not that I have to concentrate on walking; I just find it hard to track with my eyes when I’m on a treadmill.
